- On Bluray Drive board BMD-065, used in PS3 models CECH-21xx with motherboard SUR-001
- Integrated on motherboard in PS3 models CECH-25xx with motherboard JSD-001 only (the other motherboard JTP-001 uses a renesas R8J32830FPV1 instead)

Probably the sony CXD5131R-1 has the same pinout than the renesas R8J32830FPV1
