Sony CXD9833GB (PS2 EE/GS) - The original PS2 EE/GS as used in the SCPH-70000
This CI is the EE + GS module (Emotion Engine (CPU) + Graphic Sintetyzer (GPU)), which accompanies the RAMBUS memories located outside the package's encapsulation.
The consoles with this CI have better compatibility with PS2 games, compared to models with only the GS module (without RAMBUS).
