Regioning

The PS4 takes the ps4-updatelist.xml file from different servers, depending of the region_id of the console. However the PUP files are the same accross all regions. The ps4-updatefeature.html is shown when the user selects to view changes of the system update.

When a PS4 is connected to a PSN account, this PSN account is locked to a given region.
