    • Form a Corporate Entity (Strongly Recommended)
    • Obtain an Employer Tax ID Number (Recommended)
    • Static IP (Required for DevNet Access)
    • You must be physically located in a SCE Region:
      • US, Mexico, Central America, South America, or Canada (SCEA region) -> http://us.playstation.com/develop/
      • Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa, India, Australia or New Zealand (SCEE region) -> http://develop.scee.net/software (archived, offline since 2015 and probably moved to DevNet)
      • Japan (SCEJ) or Southeast Asia + Hong Kong SCE Asia - > http://www.jp.playstation.com/pdr/
      • Korea (SCEK) - > http://www.scek.co.kr/partner/game.sce
    • Complete online registration
    • Sign the NDA & Developer Application
    • Agree to the Developer Agreements
    • Setup devnet access with above static IP
