Service ID provides, at the beginning of the id, some sort of Publisher id, denoted by the letters *P followed by 4 digits which distinguish said publisher.

The first letter denotes if the publisher is European (E), American (U), Japanese (J), an international Publisher (I), and so on.

Here i'll make a table with the Publishers i know of for sure, so that others can further fill it.
