The BootLogo on PS4 is displayed by SceBootSplash of User module.
BootLogo image is bpe encoded with something filter and embedded in the SceBootSplash.
A module is located in /SceBootSplash.elf
.
Also this BootLogo is just "PS Logo" image (280x280).
