Dualshock/sixaxis prototype[edit source]
- I moved your content to the DualShock 3 Tuk-Tuk section. Yesterday I thought you talk about any Software Reverse Engineering for the Controller :) In spite of that, I allowed myself to remove the Sixaxis Title since it has still Motors inside and you compare it with a CECHZC2U, which is a DualShock 3. We differ the new Controllers with the older Sixaxis one. A few people still use them like me for example :) - Roxanne (talk) 03th April 2016 10:29 GMT+1
- Im not so sure if he/she is interested in dualshock/sixasis overall... other than he/she found interesting the prototype photos, but in my oppinion the section he/she wrote is good enought redacted and completed to be in frontpage instead of talk page, moving it to front will not make the page worst because the real problem is that page is a mess, but this is not really a PixelButts problem, im using this as a crosstalk though just to advise you about why i marked the page as wikify and my oppinion. I realized about this problem lot of time ago btw and i dont really know how to cleanup/reorder the page at this point
- No problem with that. But together I think we will find a solution. There is just needed to talk with each other here and/or in IRC. I will move the content to the Main Article as a makeshift and then we can cleanup the page. But I have no clue about the technical things for the DualShock 3/Sixaxis Controllers. Maybe Ada L0ve Lace can help with this too if needed. Therefore I put the info from PixelButts into the talk page before. - Roxanne (talk) 24th April 2016 11:10 GMT+1
- The controller prototype is actually a dualshock 3, not because the fact the motors are present, but because the main circuit board is older than any other sixaxis models (before sony had problems with the patent of the vibration motors and decided to release a controller without vibration and call it "sixaxis"), the circuit board is a primitive design without the gyroscope and without accelerometer but we can see the motors are present this means all/most of the initiall designs of the circuit board had motors (this one is version 1.2 btw, there must be at least a couple more older). The only date we have is what is printed in the battery (2006) but i guess the circuit board is older than the battery--Sandungas (talk) 03:20, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
- Maybe we should join dualshock 3 and sixaxis pages together and redirect the old ones to Playstation 3 controller, or make one or two templates with all controller models ordered chronologically and use them in both pages--Sandungas (talk) 03:20, 25 April 2016 (UTC)

PS3 non retail models[edit source]
- I created the pages for DEH-GH2000JS-D & DECH-4000AA and uploaded the interesting photos from ebay to wiki, if you find better or new ones... add or replace them. Also the talk about weird model letter codes has been moved to the bottom of Talk:SKU Models Nonretail (there was some speculation wrote by me there before, feel free to use that sections at bottom of the page for talks, looks like a good place for brainstormings)--Sandungas (talk) 04:50, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
