Not so much info about this Software but it seems that it works similar to the PS3 Target Manager with the difference that you can control your Targets directly from the Windows-Shell (Rumor).


Problem is you can't install it without [[Target Manager Server]] (Setup will abort with the Error Message: "''This application requires [[Target Manager Server]]. Please install this prerequisite then run this installer again.''".

The [[Neighborhood for PlayStation 4]] provides an additional graphical user interface through Windows Explorer which allows developers to interact with their [[SKU Models Nonretail|Nonretail]] consoles for several tasks like executing Applications on the [[Console Information|PlayStation 4]] and managing their <abbr title="Nonretail consoles">Targets</abbr> via the network during the development process.
