Not so much info about this Software but it seems that it works similar to the PS3 Target Manager with the difference that you can control your Targets directly from the Windows-Shell (Rumor).
The [[Neighborhood for PlayStation 4]] provides an additional graphical user interface through Windows Explorer which allows developers to interact with their [[SKU Models Nonretail|Nonretail]] consoles for several tasks like executing Applications on the [[Console Information|PlayStation 4]] and managing their <abbr title="Nonretail consoles">Targets</abbr> via the network during the development process. It is a part of the [[SCEI PS4 SDK]] but it links different tasks with other Software components, such as:
