The point of this petitboot minimalistic version is it could be installed by just copying the file inside 5th region, no need to resize anything more, the user can then boot a full linux installation from USB or network device. 6th region lost in combat when resizing 5th region ?[edit source]
The method doesnt mentions any advise about the presence (or contents) of 6th region that should be "displaced" to avoid being overlapped by region 5th, both (new size for 5th, and new start offset for 6th) needs to be updated in the partition table

Unnofficial petitboot minimalistic for end-users (no need to resize vflash)[edit source]
There is some way to compile a petitboot for all PS3 models (NOR/NAND) that fits inside the "official" 0x2000 sectors of region 5th ?
The point of this petitboot minimalistic version is it could be installed by just copying the file inside 5th region, no need to resize anything more, the user can then boot a full linux installation from USB or network device.
