PSARDumper is an application ran on a PSP that can dump, and decrypt the individual firmware files from within an Eboot update file.

PSARDumper comes after a developer by PSPet came up with tools that could extract the PSAR containing the firmware files as well as dump them. With this, the code for the extraction has been added to new applications that will do exactly the same thing, as well as decrypt them.
