No Online
So what can you actually do with a PS4 without an online connection?
Note: There is an Activation Disc for Retail consoles that Sony Consumer Services sends via regular mail on phone-requests for people without internet.

- Manual
- Game Titles on original Disc media
- You can look at the bookmarks you've saved in the PS4's browser, and read messages that you've previously sent and received
Not working
- Backup/Restore
- PSP2 / PSVita / VitaTV / PlayStation TV Remote Play
- Internet Browser
- PSN Online Store
- You can't set up facial recognition with the PlayStation Camera
- The PlayStation Dynamic Menu loses the majority of its information offline
- No social media
- You can't access your Trophies or Friends lists
