Documented or undocumented?[edit source]
This article says that the OV580 is undocumented and custom to Sony, but is this not the page for the OV580? www.ovt.com/products/ov00580-b21g-1c/ Also, see the product brief here: www.ovt.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/OV580-PB-v1.2-WEB.pdf

move to main?
generic talkpage cluttering question: how much is speculations and how much is proven by both chip markings and communications? if it is fact, it should be on an article page instead Euss (talk)
Sorry, just saw the edit here, for the diagram.
We got the main page and the http://www.psdevwiki.com/ps4/PS4cam-USB, do we need more for wikifyg the http://bigboss-eyetoy.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/reversing-playstation-4-camera.html and moving the feature of the CMOS. or we reverse the lastest edit on the main and let it as it is; User:Ada_L0ve_Lace

Ubuntu[edit source]
Morten Lidegaard @MortenLidegaard Sep 9 Using Ubuntu 14.04 (l4t) + luvcview (+ opencv) I can stream video from both cameras :-) (although with some errors)
Morten Lidegaard @MortenLidegaard Sep 9 Well, I believe it might be an updated version of some common video driver (e.g. v4l2 or similar) that actually makes it possible...
