Microchip 463A, voltage regulator, feeded by power supply 5v standby line, provides 2 lines of 3.3v standby voltages, seen on a JSD-001 motherboard

Pinout
1 - 5V_EVER (input, from power supply 5v standby rail)
2 - 3.3V_EVER_B (output, 3.3 volts standby, rail 2)
3 - goes under package to the black 100ohm resistor at its right --- then to syscon SWx-x pin 26 (I2C_SDA from another smbus ?, not the same smbus used with temperature monitors in syscon pins 24/25)
4 - goes under package to the tiny squared testpad at its right (not connected ?)
5 - to a capacitor --- then to ground
6 - to the tiny squared testpad at its top (not connected ?)
7 - ground
8 - 3.3V_EVER_A (output, 3.3 volts standby, rail 1)

Identification talk
The logo is from microchip manufacturer, and they has a 463x series, but by looking at the datasheet the pinout doesnt matches and his features seems to be excessive for the PS3, it could be a component manufactured exclusive for Sony

Notes
The page needs to be renamed anyway so feel free to write here, it can be cleaned up later
