Missing descriptors in current versions of RCOedit/RCOmage

RCOedit/RCOmage by ZingaBurga, ported to PS3 by kakaroto, https://github.com/kakaroto/RCOMage

    • unknown0x10.xml is Polish
    • unknown0x11.xml is Portuguese (Brazil)
    • unknown0x12.xml is English (United Kingdom)

<sandungas> i even noticed there is an animation named "coldboot2" that exists in all present firmwares that is a bit special

<sandungas> and it seems doesnt uses fancy animations... it boots directly to xmb in the faster way posible
