==How to get this==
#Go to [[XMB]] {{Icon category settings}} [Settings] > [System] > [System Information]
#Press simultaneously {{dpadl}} + {{padl1}} + {{padr1}} + {{padsquare}} for a few seconds
#Release those buttons then immediately press {{padstart}} and keep it held
#While holding {{padstart}}, press {{dpadl}} once to have the menu stay up on it's own.
