You're right about GDDR5! According to Elpida datasheets (for other GDDR5 DRAMs; none are available for this exact one), the W in the part number of W1132BBBG-28-E-F (after the ED not printed on IC cases) also stands for GDDR5. This means, that the 28 nm RSX generally uses GDDR5. Might as well add this in the RSX article.
