USB Power in standby, halted, when in boottime?[edit source]

<eussNL> checked it here on working consoles:

  • CECH-2004B : USB powers on at 6-8th second, after power button
  • CECHC04 : USB powers on at 9-11 seconds, after power button

In both cases:

  • In standby there is no USB power
  • with permahalt/flashfun there is no USB power

I used simple USB flashlight as measurement lol
