China is designated NTSC-C while nation TV standard is PAL


Malaysia TV standard is PAL, but its PS2 designation just like Singapore is NTSC/J region 3:

  • NTSC/J DVD Region 3:SCPH-30006R, SCPH-30007R, SCPH-39006R, SCPH-39007R


  • Brazil have been added to License Area. (since 4.30 ?... and supposed to be SCEA ?)
