Location
PS Vita games and applications save data are stored encrypted inside save data directory:/sce_sys/
Internal
Files contained under PFS layer:
- _safemem.dat
- keystone
- param.sfo
- sdslot.dat
The pfsSKKey file, which is not PFS encrypted.
External
Save data can be copied from a PS Vita to a PC using the Application CMA.
They will be by default stored at yourDrive:\PS Vita\App\user Id\title Id\savedata
