PS4 -> 01  8X

5th byte
00 = 1st GEN
01 = 2nd GEN

6th byte

X0 = TEST
X1 = TOOL
X2 = DEX
X3 or bigger = CEX
8X = PS3 if 5th byte 00, PS4 if 5th byte 01
0X = PSP if 5th byte 00, PSV if 5th byte 01
