With the Music application (NPXS10009), listen to music on your system. 
You can also listen to music and playlists copied from a device such as a PS3™ system or a computer.

Files[edit | edit source]

  • MP3 (MPEG-1/2 Audio Layer-3)
  • MP4 (MPEG-4 AAC)
  • WAVE (Linear PCM)
 
It might not be possible to play some files of supported types, for example, 

due to the content, copyright protection or sizes of the files.

You can save up to to 4,000 files.

System Music[edit | edit source]

In Settings.png LiveArea:Settings you can set whether the music is played or not for screens, including the home screen and the LiveArea™ screen. To set not to play the music, select the checkbox to remove the checkmark.
