Automatic Volume Limiter System (AVLS) is an option that limits the maximum volume level.

This can help prevent sound from escaping from the headphones, discomfort in the ears, and the possible danger resulting from being unable to hear what is going on around you when wearing headphones.

Select the checkbox to set a checkmark to prevent the volume from exceeding a certain level.
