- On official firmware, games have hubs on PS5. Each game’s hub collects everything related to that game together, from activities, to community broadcasts, to new game content. It’s a constantly updated space that will evolve and adapt throughout the game’s lifecycle.
- On non-retail firmware (DevKits and TestKits), a new entry is found on the home screen called ★ Game Hub Preview App. In this app, devs can input a Concept ID, (NP) Title ID, or Product ID to preview how the game hub will look like to end users, using 3 different types of game lifecycles, those being Concept Announced (Coming Soon), Product Available (End user has not bought the product), and Product Sold (End user has bought the product).
- A network connection is required if you want to use it on a retail machine.
