Boot Modes
Fastboot
Fastboot Mode allows to use the Android fastboot utility. The screen will stay black in this mode.
Unlock Steps
- Turn off PS Portal
- Hold minus button
- Plug in USB cable with active power line
Recovery
Recovery Mode exposes 2 HID devices:
- PS Controller
- PS Link Audio Device
The screen will stay black in this mode.
Unlock Steps
- Follow the steps to boot into fastboot mode
- Use android fastboot tool to send the command "fastboot reboot recovery" to the PS Portal
