NVS Unlock

  ReportID = 128, 
  DeviceID = 3,
  ActionID = 2,
  Param0 = 101,
  Param1 = 50,
  Param2 = 64,
  Param3 = 12

to unlock NVS, use the command 

SET 0x80 {3, 2, 101, 50, 64, 12}

Structure is identical as Dualshock 4, HOWEVER First byte changes to 0x80
