NP Title ID format is XXXXYYYYY_ZZ or XXXXYYYYY_WZZ.
NP Title ID
NP Title ID (format: XXXXYYYYY_00)

Examples:
* CUSA00002_00 (Killzone: Shadow Fall game)
* CUSA02012_00 (Media Player application)
* BCES00031_T84 is for EP9000-BCES00031_00-SINGSTARPS3V0511-A0511-V0100.pkg which is a patch version 5.11 for the game SingStar on PS3 (BCES00031).
* NPVB29685_CN is for the documentary Dog by Dog. Here CN likely stands for China as it is a documentary probably censured because of the controverse of eating dogs.

Game Titles released both on Disc and in the PlayStation Store share the same NP Title ID (European PSN-Versions from Killzone: Shadow Fall = "EP9000-CUSA00002_00-KZ4RELEASE000041" and FIFA 14 = "EP0006-CUSA00128_00-FIFAFOOTBALL2014") and as such, their derivate Productcode on the spine and disc is the same also (except for the Japanese market).
A PS4 example is CUSA00002_00 (Killzone: Shadow Fall).

Every Region uses the same "CUSAXXXXX" format, but the "XXXXX" contains a different 5-digit-code for every Region.

Exception: The titles which are of internal published, like "The Playroom" which is pre-installed on every PS4 Console, shares the same NP Title ID for every Region:
Games released both on disc and in the PlayStation Store share the same NP Title ID (European PSN-Versions from Killzone: Shadow Fall = "EP9000-CUSA00002_00-KZ4RELEASE000041" and FIFA 14 = "EP0006-CUSA00128_00-FIFAFOOTBALL2014") and as such, their derivate Productcode on the spine and disc is the same also.
* JP = IP9100-CUSA00001_00-PLAYROOM00000000

US & Europe use the same "CUSAXXXXX_00" format, but the "XXXXX" contains a different 5-digit-code for every Region.
Exception: The PSN Title "The Playroom", which is pre-installed on every Console, shares the same NP Title ID for both US & EU-Versions.
* US = IP9100-CUSA00001_00-PLAYROOMPRNTPROD
* US = IP9100-CUSA00001_00-PLAYROOMPRNTPROD
* EU = IP9100-CUSA00001_00-PS4REPRESENTATIV
* EU = IP9100-CUSA00001_00-PS4REPRESENTATIV
