IDT 9277BNLG (BD drive controller)
Used in PS3 models CECH-40xx (with motherboard MSX-001) as driver/controller for the Bluray Drive
Its uplink is connected towards CELL BE and has some traces going to RAM (probably cache), the rest goes to the drive flatcable, as driver/controller for the motors/coils/laser etc.
No padouts have been listed (yet), please help to fill this in :)
