The page needs work, but by now i can link here from the PARAM.SFO page for regional codes exaplins.
I added a couple of xx i found for a game, and the list for trophies is empty... feel free to complete them

The MPO MA for 3DS is different and this is not so much documented, it might be Sony/PS3 specific enough to be on wiki for basic comments but if not appropriate please delete.
