In several reports IC6301 replacement fixed it. RSX_FBVDDQ (VRAM voltage) implicated. In most cases, it's an RSX Failure. Sometimes coinciding with A0403034 or other codes indicating GPU fail. Often after reflow attempt.

Also through sabotage testing, it was found that when L6305 is removed it cuts off +1.8V_RSX_FBVDDQ (VRAM voltage). It caused a 10x A0202120 & 1x A0213013 error combo.

1.7V_MISC shorted to GND can also cause this combo. In this case, not fuses burned, but capacitor C3517 (10uf x 6.3v) shorted, leaving the 1.7V_MISC voltage impedance at 0 Ohm. Identification of components with the help of a thermal camera, as the defective components did not heat up too much.
