Error during CPU initialization. This error appears to be a CPU BGA defect. In one PS3, A0313031 was caused by an "eraser mod," which puts pressure underneath the CPU (bad idea). In another, after delidding GPU/CPU an A0313032 was reported by knocking R5167 off. Which is +1.2V_YC_RC_VDDIO refrence voltage for the CPU's Redwood FlexIO ADC differential reference clock pair (BE_RC_REFCLK_P). An open line fault. He replaced the resistor and got A0402101 / A0403034 because RSX TX1 was short to ground by a nicked RSX trace during the delid. TX is the transmit line, so the CPU didn't recieve data from it, and noted the error (BitTraining BE:RRAC:BX0:BX:FLEXIO_ID). He messed with the nick and the error changed to A0313031. | Error during CPU initialization. This error appears to be a CPU BGA defect.
