Overview

Released in 2010, the Sony BRAVIA KDL22PX300 is a 22 inch (56 cm) 720p television that incorporates a PlayStation 2 console and four HDMI ports. The 720p TV also includes BRAVIA Internet Video Access, allowing users access to streaming services such as YouTube and on-demand television, but this feature was only released in Europe. Although the native resolution is 1366×768, input sources up to 1080p can be used and displayed.

The KDL22PX300 utilizes the XMB as a main menu for the TV. This is limited only for TV functions, and embedded PS2 functions can't be accessed through this menu, excluding turning on the PS2. This model uses a sliding CD/DVD cover mechanism, similar to the PS3 Super Slim console.

For the PS2 functionality, this TV contains a standard 90000 series motherboard (GH-072) and disc drive, but with a different BIOS.
