Overview
An IC found in all PSX consoles, and only there. Seems to be a variant of SPEED with added functionality. It serves as a bridge between IOP and DVRP to a single shared IDE interface to access the HDD. Additionally, it serves as a MAC for the PSX's Ethernet interface. It comes in a 376 pin BGA case.
PSX consoles additionally contain a standard SPEED IC (which is however seemingly only used as an IDE-interface to the disc drive).
Further research is needed.
