The EyeToy is essentially just a normal USB 1.1 camera in a case that matches the PS2's design language. It was quite popular and many games either optionally support or even require it. Several variants have been made by different OEMs.

Variants[edit | edit source]

SLEH-00030 and SLEH-00031 follow the fat PS2's design language and were only available in black. SCEH-0004 follows the slim PS2s design language and was only available in silver.

Redesigned. Smaller, silver case. Manufactured by Namtai or Chicony (same model number for both manufacturers).
