Is there diferents discs between japanese "Utility Disc" to install DVD player and "HDD Utility Disc" to view hard drive in OSDsys ? This is the same disc or two diferents disc ?

Yes, these are different discs that have pretty much nothing to do with each other. Hence, there are two separate articles.
