DTL-H models prior to DTL-H7xxxx can debug and run code with the TDB Start-up Card (except 10000 and 3000x models), because their built-in SECRMAN driver is the devkit stock version, which doesn't posses the card update authentication feature. Slim models will also boot the start-up card but no debugging can take place due to lack of hard drive for file loading.
