  • Models: SCPH-1000, early SCPH-1001, very early SCPH-3000/SCPH-3500, probably few very early SCPH-1002
  • Has three potentiometers on board: RV701 (focus gain), RV704 (focus bias), RV705 (sled motor voltage?)
