Overview
The dedicated RF-amp was introduced with the PU-18 motherboard, after the Servo controller has been integrated into the CD DSP. Before PU-18, a Servo-controller/RF-amp combo IC was used (CXA1782BR).
Revisions
- CXA1791N (PU-18)
- CXA2550N (PU-20)
- CXA2575N (PU-22, PU-23, PM-41, PM-41 (2))
The marking on these ICs omits the "CX" prefix; hence the text on them says A1791N, A2550N, A2575N.
