I think there's a different SKU regioning system for peripherals but I'm not sure how it works. It seems like there are 2 different region codes, some single digit, some double digit depending on the item.
EG.
IT - Italy.
JP - Japan.
GB - United Kingdom.
DE - Germany.
TW - Taiwan.
T- Taiwan.
HK - Hong Kong.
H - Hong Kong.
RU - Russia.
FR - France.
MX - Mexico.
M - Mexico.
U - United States.
UC - United States/Canada.
KR - Korea.
ES - Spain.
E - Europe.
