on minver 3.60 consoles (thus hardcoded lockout in metldr and possibly bootldr + syscon:

• no 3.56+ private keys can be used/obtained
• no 3.56+ downgrade can be done
• no 3.55(-) keysets can be used

Reason: No proof given (e.g. CECH4200 with minver 4.20, with patched 4.60 resigned with 3.56+ privs (LOL, good luck with that) Euss (talk) 08:25, 12 August 2014 (EDT)
